Great overall! My only suggestion is to go easy on the cleaning aromas they put in. Was overwhelming at first. The place was very clean, so no need for flowery smells.

The room was clean, the staff was very courteous. We had a plumbing issue so they moved us to another unit. I didn't understand is the power was safe to use because every outlet had a 220 v socket on it, so i didn't charge my phone, it was a basic room, but it worked out

I was given a room where I had to go to the parking lot in order to access it and two different elevators. They close the doors leading to both the buildings. Making it very inconvenient to move around the property.

Do not expect a great quality, yet it is pretty clean. It would have been good to put a small bottle of water in the refrigerator. Arriving in the first instance in midnight, it could be necessary to have one.. :)

Você simplesmente nao pode ligar o ar condicionado, porque o motor ficar dentro do quarto. FAZ UM BARULHO INSUPORTÁVEL. E pra piorar a janela não fecha totalmente, tem ima fresta que nao fecha por causa do ar. Você escuta todo o barulho da avenida. Um caos. Ainda bem que dormir so uma noite.

No geral foi boa a estadia e atendeu bem a minha necessidade. Chuveiro é um ponto que precisa de atenção talvez uma ducha mais moderna. A Academia com os atuais equipamentos não vale a pena manter funcionando. O ideal seria dar uma boa modernizada. O Atendimento excelente, boa localização e ambiente limpo

Poderia ser melhor

O piso do quarto está solto, fazendo barulho enquanto se caminha nele. A cozinha achei bem fraca e precária para cozinhar e isso me atrapalhou bastante, tive que fazer as refeições fora (não era o planejado), e não deixam nem um detergente disponível na pia, dependemos do serviço de quarto para ter a louça lavada, e teve dias que só saí para a rua ao meio dia e fiquei sem a limpeza, consequentemente sem louça limpa e sem retirada do lixo. Então não tem sentido alugar um quarto com cozinha se ela não é muito funcional. Outra coisa foi a academia, além dos equipamentos velhos, ela ficou interditada no período em que fiquei lá, sendo que ela tinha sido um dos fatores determinantes para a escolha do hotel, então tive esse azar grande. Mas os funcionários são muito educados e a localização tem um bom custo benefício. É um hotel que poderia ser melhor se se atentassem a alguns detalhes.

A estadia foi tranquila. O apartamento não é grande, mas não é minúsculo. A cozinha tem um mínimo de louças e não tem nenhum produto de limpeza, pano de prato, tolha de mesa, papel toalha. Não entendi bem como utilizar as coisas sem esses itens. Pedimos travesseiros extra, pois temos problemas de saúde, que exigem a utilização de dois travesseiros. Cada travesseiro extra tem um custo de R$10. Não fiquei contente com a cobrança. Nunca tinham cobrado por travesseiro extra. Acho que já deveria ser um padrão a disponibilização de dois travesseiros por pessoa. No mais tudo certo.
