"The public baths and amenities were AWESOME! However there were a group of tourists who didn’t know how to behave. Please READ and OBSERVE all rules before entering. If you and your family/friends are unable to do very base protocols, then stay away from public baths. "This is a beautiful, spacious, totally charming, traditional Japanese-style hotel. The rooms have shoji doors and tatami floors and beautiful views of the lake (at least, our rooms did). There is also a traditional Japanese onsen bath. Men and women separate, everyone naked, wash off before you get in to soak.
