"Wonderful for a family. It’s a remodeled older property in good condition. Lacks (required) whole house air exchanger so with seven people the bedrooms become very stuffy…must open windows. Overall it is quiet (5)3 next-door construction site is inactive.) It quite clean, but the paint is a little rough and the occasional escutcheon is missing, but we were generally happy."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the open layout and easy access to outdoors / pool. Location was great for daily hikes up the hill at the nearby park, just 1.4 miles away. We loved the access to daily great challenging hill walks! Ventura blvd offers some great sushi, boutiques and coffee houses. "The property is beautifulI would highly suggest more furniture in the front room. One couch in NOT enough for even 2 people to sit comfortably to watch TV.I would put a couple comfy chairs/ecliner . It plenty big enough!"

"The property was super clean and the living spaces were cozy and comfortable. I was nervous when I saw how close it was to the freeway, but honestly we didn't even hear it from the house. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The house is only minutes from the Huntington and tons to see and do in Pasadena. The cute little sitting area in the front yard was a nice bonus space to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Easy check in big great kitchen if you like to cook great huge TV in the living room nice huge bathtub. Great king-size bed. It was a chill little spot if you’re just trying to chill and hang out and be mellow. Nice little front yard to hang out and get some sun All in all if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet existence in Southern California definitely check out this place. highly recommend it. I will definitely rent it again. "
