"I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, and while the room itself was fairly clean, the overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. The bed was often made poorly, coffee, tea, soap, and other supplies were frequently not replenished, used coffee cups were sometimes left dirty, and we were often given fewer towels than the number of guests in the room.
