"Refrigerator was defective, did not keep things cold. TV remote missing. No hot water in bathroom. Only light in room was between beds and it did not work, it’s plug was bend and jammed against the mattress because the outlet was in a stupid place behind the mattress where it was inaccessible and a fire hazard. Room phone did not work, tried to call front desk a dozen times and never got a response, had to call Expedia to get a phone number to call and had to use my cell phone. Dirt on corners...

"Having a gas station, restaurant, and bar right next door is convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is nice."

"Lots of room for socializing. Cozy atmosphere. There are mini fridges in each. There is one microwave per floor (2 total). The coffee is provided in the lobby as part of the grab and go breakfast. There’s no coffee machine in each room. There is a gas station across the street and couple of restaurants. We had a Roku Tv in our room and were able to log into all of our home accounts. There were coloring books and crayons and some other books for people to use in the lobby area."

"Easy access off the freeway. Excellent dining close by. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast."
