"Property was brand new, clean & tastefully decorated. It is not what I would consider downtown. I would not recommend it to families or my group of ladies as the park right across the street, the sidewalk, & parking lot across from the apartment building is littered with homeless people & vehicles are parked everywhere with people living in them. Because of this, I would not return or recommend."

I had only panel drapes on the outside and sheer curtains in the middle. the heavy drapes did not close to block out the light. I do not sleep well with bright lights shining all night. Avoid room 217. otherwise everything was wonderful at this hotel."
