"The room had a musty basement smell. The bottom of the shower curtain was yellow/dirty (should have been cleaned or changed). The bedroom pillows were small, throw pillows (not full size bedroom pillows). No phone in the room to even call the front office. No latch on the door for security. Even though the room was surfaced clean, it felt dirty with all the scratches and stains around the rooms."
