"Pros: Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Das Bad sehr geräumig. An technischen Geräten ist fast alles da; Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Maschine. Der überdachte Balkon mit Blick über den See ist super. Cons: Die „olle“ schmutzige Toilettenbrüste sollte endlich mal jemand austauschen. Und die verbogenen Parkbügel auf den Gästeparkplätzen sollten demontiert werden, bevor man sich das Auto kaputt macht."

"The hotel is located very close to the lake and ferry stop is just 1 min walk from the hotel. There is about 20 min walk via boardwalk to the center of Stressa. Hotel offers very good breakfast with an excellent service. Rooms are small and not all face the lake. Staff was professional. Nights were quiet and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious with soap and shampoo provided. The place fit me well since I was mostly interested in visiting the islands. Also they have private parking which is a big plus."

When we arrived we were able to reach help and they very quickly got us the info and got us in. The space was very clean and modern and the location was great. We only stayed a night but we would definitely come back and stay again. Excellent option if you’re looking in Stresa."

"We loved every single thing about this beautiful hotel. It sits majestically nestled in an elevated position overlooking lake Maggiore with attractive well maintained grounds. The staff were excellent at every stage and incredibly obliging. The food including breakfast was delicious. Every Thurs night is a wonderful barbecue out on the terrace with the backdrop of the gorgeous lake which was a particular highlight. There is decadence, luxury and Italian style throughout the hotel with many gorgeous rooms to enjoy on the main hotel floor. The immaculate bedroom and sumptuous bathroom we had was on the 3rd floor overlooking the lake from a wonderful balcony, a breathtaking view that is imprinted in our minds. For us a very special hotel in a beautiful location with professional exemplary friendly staff. The owner chats to guests every morning at breakfast which is a lovely personal touch. A welcome drink greets you on your arrival at the hotel and a minibar with largely soft drinks and beer is complementary and restocked every day. We also had a complementary bottle of wine in our room and every night with the turn down service some delicious petit fours appeared as an additional treat. The hotel can arrange a private boat from their own jetty to take you to the 3 Borromean islands which though an expensive luxury provides a tailored service that was extra special. A very warm thank you to All the staff who made our stay absolutely amazing. We would return in a heartbeat."
