"Generally the hotel was clean
Not enough soap in the bathroom for 2 consecutive nights. Clothing from previous guest left on floor and a piece of furniture had a dirty mark on it that looked like dried on sick."

"Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family.
I have never commented on any other survey before this, so must have have made a very big impression !
