"Clean room and excellent food!"

"Clean breakfast"

"Balcony was nice - had a hard time getting temperature in room right- but did manage to get it to warm up- coffee maker was horrible- water jut sat in where pod went- so weak and no flavor- but left early to go get coffee- other than that nice room for price"

"The room was dusty. There were leftover soap and shampoo container seals left in the shower so not sure it was cleaned. The bed was a memory foam mattress on a very cheap slat and particle board lower frame. It creaked and squeaked with every move. We felt like we could have fell through to the floor as much as the bed sagged when we slept. You hear everything from each room on the top floor because the wood floors and gaps under the doors let you hear everything. I’m sure if you are hard of...

"Great value with a good breakfast"

"It was an ehhh kind of stay. Room had food on the floor and the refrigerator did not keep anything cold which is not a huge problem…we adapted. But the pool was freezing and the hot tub was non existent…and I paid extra for a room with a balcony only to have it facing the parking lot with the roof to the entrance blocking my view to the other side of the parking lot."

"Only issues were finding the correct street entrance and providing turkey sausage at breakfast should have been pork sausage instead or some of both and the AC compressor in this room was very noisy when it clicked on."

"Check in was very easy. Breakfast was great. Room was very clean. Great relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommend"

We did, however, find ourselves at odds with Jim at breakfast on our 2nd day. On day 1 we had an accidental, minor spill in the dining room. There was no one around & no paper towels or paper napkins available to guests, so rather than leave the spill, we had to use a cloth napkin to clean it up. Rather than politely pulling me aside at...

"Have stayed here many times and would happily go back. A gem of a place in the heart of one of the best college towns! Every room is unique, quaint and charming. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the porch with a glass of wine is simply perfection. Highly recommend. Go Hoosiers!"

"DON'T STAY HERE! Expedia should be ashamed for recommending. Checked in the evening for a two-night stay. Guest has a medical condition and it very important the room be non-smoking and clean. Upon arrival smoke smell was obvious as well as a cigarette butt found on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting and hadn't appeared to be cleaned in quite some time even though there was a strong chemical smell. After sitting for several minutes, and getting a headache, left and requested a refund....

"Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!"
