"Minor issue with a loose floor tile in the bathroom. But it made a loud noise everytime you stepped on it.
Hotel staff was lovely and very helpful. Only thing is it would be nice if you were told in advance about needing to buy a ticket for the shutt"

"The room was oddly shaped. Most of the room was unusable. Half of it was entry and bathroom. Big windows but no chairs or tables to sit at. No place to store the luggage in the room.
The breakfast was excellent. The onsite restaurant was so-so with poor service (slow).
The location is a bit far from the main city. You need to walk over a bridge to the main road to catch a tram to get to Central Station.
I would stay somewhere else next time."
