Der Service war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl und gut organisiert. Das Familienzimmer (großer Wohn-Schlafraum, Flur, kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stock-Bett, geräumiges Bad) war sehr tadellos sauber und gemütlich. "Wir waren etwas zu früh, durften das Zimmer aber schon beziehen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles sauber und nett vorbereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Elbwiesen, die zum Spaziergang einladen, auch das Blaue Wunder ist mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Lärm aber draußen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder."
