"Room clean ,friendly staff however we picked this hotel as we have stayed before and its dog friendly, however we feel the staff who are assisting with breakfast or indeed any meal shouldn't be touching the dogs as we witnessed someone doing this and not washing or using gel on their hands "

"A truly mesmerizing experience. The room was of a standard comparable to the one we enjoyed at the Ritz in London. The castle and its surrounding grounds were beautiful and astonishing. The architecture was impressive in its history, beauty, and timeless elegance. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Altogether, it was a deeply enriching experience."

"Great guest house/rooms in the heart of picturesque Tring. The room was reasonably spacious with an ensuite, lovely and clean, also with a shared kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee, and all the things you would need to self cater. Reserved parking behind the property a bonus. Contact from host clear and timely, including warning of road closures etc. on the day we visited. Would recommend. "

"Lovely. The website/photos don't do it justice. Double bed was comfy and good set of pillows. It was near freezing when we arrived, but the room had been warmed nicely. There was a guide for places to eat, what to do and so forth. Breakfast was excellent, cooked really well and to order. One morning I was out during breakfast, but the left out cereal and other things like Yogurts, Pain au Chocolat etc. I would 100% recommend staying here, quiet too. The owners are really lovely and happy to help, but not hoovering around or over you. "
