"Pros: Friendly and helpful associates, clean and in a good location in downtown ATL. Cons: The kitchen could not keep up with the breakfast crowd. They ran out of silverware, plates and there were trays of food that were never refilled. The bed was probably the hardest bed I've ever slept on. My body was sore after only one night."

"Parking was safe and just right across the street. There wasn't very many places to choose from to eat in the evening and all the places around the plaza you had to have reservations wjich was all full.The room was clean and had a nice view. We were on the 57th floor at night the light's of Atl were beautiful. It was a one time experience for me. It was nice but wouldn't stay again for the price of the room and the lack of places to eat during the evening time. "

"We had a great experience during our stay. Staff were always kind & courteous. Our room was upgraded to a two bedroom suite unexpectedly and it was beautiful. "

"Had problems with room door sticking. Maintenance called twice. Second time he showed a unique. way to bypass the problem. Why not just fix the door? Booked city view. Could be a nice view if the window want filthy. Was very convenient to Lenox Mall. Starbucks barista was really nice and friendly."
