Good location for a night in Stirling
Property was clean but amenities are all basic and not super comfortable. Driving directions were a little confusing and while it’s advertised as “plenty of free parking in front of the property” it’s absolutely packed from 7am until 6pm due to other building tenants plus tourists to Sterling Distillery (which is only two doors away) and the castle.
Apartment isn’t well insulated and people were yelling after their kids and dogs late into the night (until nearly midnight) then you can hear everyone getting up to shower and go to work early the next morning.
Alert to female travelers: there is no deadbolt in this property, so be aware that there’s a potential the property owner or previous guests (if they made a copy of the key) could access the property. It made for a tense couple of nights because I was anxious about this the whole time.
