"A clean and modern hostel. A bit of a walk from the main tourist sites. We had a shocking experience checking in, the reservation system was down and the Reservation Manager was very rude and aggressive - totally unacceptable behavior. "

"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. The rooms were peaceful and calming, ideal for relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range of great fresh produce. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although a little further from the historic centre we found the location to be wonderful next to the river. The hotel runs a courtesy shuttle bus, which is quick and convenient. Food at the restaurant id excellent and room service is speedy and served quickly and directly. The spa and pools were well thought out and aesthetically stunning and a joy to use. The gym is compact, but still functional. I would happily recommend the Villa Sul'Arno and am certainly going to return. Thank you to Claudia and the Team for looking after us so well."

"This was one of the most amazing g places I have stayed in Europe. So authentic to what it was back when it was built. The antiques the artwork. The attention to detail. The gardens. "Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. The views are stunning from the rooftop, you can watch the sun set and skip the tourist trap spots for that. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The bar staff makes the absolute best Aperol Spritz we found in the city as well as a Hugo Spritz (our new favorite). Breakfast is delicious and covers both local and international options. We highly recommend staying here as it's perfectly located in the city for all the major sightseeing options. Will definitely be back."
