"Check-in was super easy. Apartment was sparkling clean, cute retro decor and with a super comfy mattress and puffy duvet! Kitchen also had great quality utensils and all we needed. The apartment was exactly as advertised and filled all our needs. Quite a bargain and so much better than a hotel! We were grateful for the nice front-loading washer and dryer when we got caught hiking by a thunderstorm!"

"The apartment met my needs. However, it had a bad odor. Had to keep windows open to air out."

"Phenomenal communication with Becky, our host. Will be coming to this property again. It is unique and unlike anything I ever stayed at before. It was a jail in its former life after all. Very authentic with a modern twist. Great place!!!"

"Room was awesome! We had the 3 bedroom unit, which had a large and spacious balcony. Plenty of sunlight came through those windows. We couldn’t had had a better room!"

"I think it should be advertised that this is an older hotel. In the advertisement it didn’t say it was a hotel."

"Immaculate house with room for us to spread out! Perfect stay."

"Property is as listed, owner is very responsive and welcoming."

"Convenient access to Mayo Clinic and a 14min walk if you want to leave the car. 2 car spots in the driveway for easy parking. Extra bathroom and shower downstairs if needed. 3 steps to get up into house in case that is an issue for anyone. WiFi available and a super nice recliner for someone recouping. Jessica was super nice to work with. "

"No step entry had a 10 inch step up to an uneven floor. Pet friendly cover up smell greeted you when you opened the door. Area rugs in front room & bedroom were dirty. Furnace blew cold air constantly. Host tried to say we had air on. Looked spacious in ad but was tiny and cramped."

"The place was clean and easy to access. It was also a fairly quiet neighbor making for a good night’s rest. The bathrooms…love the tiles! The kitchen was also nice and clean with the basics and some nice extras."
