"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had an incredible view of the river. The rooms appear to have recently been remodeled and I slept soundly in the comfortable bedding. Amazing location with ample parking."

"Our stay was unfortunately a very unsettling experience from the start. When we checked in and were given our room, we opened the door only to find that it was already occupied by other guests. Walking into a room with strangers inside was shocking and honestly quite scary. It raised serious concerns about the hotel’s organization and guest safety. While the staff did reassign us to another room, the experience left us feeling uneasy. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. Later that night, the guests in the neighboring room were hosting a loud party with what seemed like 10 or more people. There was loud music, shouting, and constant noise well past midnight (around 12:00 a.m.), making it very difficult to relax or get any sleep. Overall, this stay was disappointing due to both the initial room assignment mistake and the lack of noise control. We expected a much more secure and comfortable experience. "
