"Communication prior to arrival was via text and included check-in information. Check in was seamless, punch in your code and door pops open with key. Steps to second level, room was clean and spacious."

"The property worked well for what we needed and it slept the 9 of us comfortably. Unfortunately, we had a significant issue with bees. Upon the first 3 of us arriving, 2 of us were stung immediately, one inside and one outside. I contacted the host immediately letting them know there were bees inside and we had gotten stung and let them know that we were going into town anyway and could pick up some spray, and asked if there’s anything they’d like us to use. I received no response. We used an entire can of raid that we purchased ourselves, and even then, 4 more of us were stung. After 6 of us being stung, another can of raid being used, and almost 24 hours with no response to the first message, I sent another message letting the host know that they have a significant bee issue. They did finally respond saying they sprayed over a week ago and that they will have to see what they can figure out. There was no offer to help mitigate the issue while we were there, no offer for discount or to reimburse the 2 cans of raid we ended up purchasing, and no apology. The outdoor bees were directly in the path to get to the dock (we found most were inside the wooden steps down to the dock), resulting in us not using the dock or lake as much as we would have liked. Overall, the property was in a good location and we enjoyed the indoor spaces, but we were a little disappointed with the lack of communication and the unresolved issues."
