"Der Check-In/ Eingang ist im Durchgang zum Treppenhaus und WC des Eiscafés. Man gelangt über den Hinterhof, der auch als Lagerfläche genutzt wird und ständig zu geparkt ist, dort hin. Es war sehr einengend und chaotisch. Das Zimmer an sich ist schön und modern mit sehr bequemen Betten, aber wurde leider nicht gut gereinigt. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer, wie z.B. Tee und Kaffee, war minimal und nicht ausreichend. Das Personal wirkte sehr kühl und uninteressiert."

"Overall, our stay in Zurich was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was a bit challenging to use. The oven was complicated, and we were unable to figure it out, which was a shame. Also, the stove was electric, and we couldn't find any instructions. The bathroom was generally clean, which we appreciated. However, the soap wasn't restocked during our stay, even though the room was cleaned daily."
