"The accommodation was fantastic, felt brand new, the location is a bit noisy due to the bus depot next door, they advertised two parking bays but only one was available which due to the lack of parking spaces in the area was quite inconvenient."

"This is not a luxury house. Cheap second hand uncomfortable furniture, a smelly oven that may not have been cleaned for years (if ever???) and crockery that we needed to wash before we used it. We are not fussy people, but clean and comfortable should be a bare minimum.... Worst of all though was a chirping smoke alarm on the first floor landing, indicating a dead battery. On closer inspection, there wasn't even a battery fitted!! I offered to replace it if the owner couldn't arrange it for...

"Very well equipped. Beautiful garden. the common areas were very cosy. the whole house was very clean and tidy. excellent option fo spend weekend with friends. "

"We chose this location primarily for its proximity to Denholme where we were staying for a friends birthday party. In particular , the main features were space for a family of 5 and being pet friendly . The host , Sophie provided all details needed and reassurance, as our first time booking a private house for an overnight stay . The price was reasonable for the accommodation and it did everything we needed . The area is a quiet pleasant suburb with a small convenience store round the corner ....

"Great location a very comfy beds with small but well equipped kitchen. Very steep stairs. Could do with more toilet rolls."

"Great place, would definitely stay again."

"Lovely pet friendly accommodation. Friendly and helpful host."

"Very clean and very well decorated."

"Cute house in a central location. Was nice to have no tv and play games"
