The property was very nice, clean and had a well stocked kitchen with everything that you’d need to cook if you so desired. The only thing that would be better would be larger, more comfortable chairs out on the patio.

The condo was very dirty! They asked us to not wear shoes inside, and by the end of the day our feet were black!! The dishes weren't clean with stuck on food. And quickly figured out it was because of a poor quality dishwasher. It's definitely an older unit that hasn't had any upgrades. The property was very nice. The pool and community grills were very nice and convenient location.

It was okay

The advantage to Timber Run was the free transportation to/from the ski slopes. It has to be around 30+/- years old but maintenance is lacking in some areas. It had all the basics but there's no zip to it. Our parking lot had frozen ice everywhere, while the different name grouping next door had clean parking areas.

Location was excellent. Unit has been updated and is beautiful. The shower in the master bathroom looks beautiful, but doesn’t have any water pressure. We used the hallway bathroom for showers.

Property was super clean and the outdoor pool was open for use with reservation which was a huge . Communication before arrival was not the greatest. Took about 5 calls to get everything squared away but once we checked in everything was great.

Great stay

Was perfect for our family to have a great ski weekend. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to make meals. Beds were comfortable. Ski shuttle was great and never had to wait long for them to pick up or take to the mountain.

Timber Run is a nice property!!! But.... be prepared to clean your unit AND pay a large fee for having it cleaned!!!! We were required to take out the trash, strip the sheets off of all the beds, and turn off lights, heat, etc, etc. Then it was $115 to have the condo cleaned after we left!!!!! I was unaware of this until we checked in. I personally feel this is their responsibility. The condos are really nice and we enjoyed staying there, but we go to Steamboat every year and have NEVER had to Clean up before we leave and pay to have our condo cleaned!!!!!

The staff at Timber Run is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Everything you need is available. If you are there to ski it can’t be beat. The shuttle comes and goes at regular intervals so there is very little waiting. Condos are older but have everything you need. Three very clean and well maintained hot tubs are perfect after skiing. If you need luxury, this might not suit you. But if you want good value and a nice location, Timber Run is excellent.

Great trip. Timber Run is weak on service and the condo was run down and not fully equipped. No housekeeping service, no vacuum or brooms, mops etc. It got a little difficult after a week with 4 adults and 3 kids.

Worst place I've ever stayed and at top price. I don't know if it was the condo or the website who charged the outrageous "mandatory fees", but I may never use hotels.com again because of the experience.

Nice little condo

It’s a home away from home with full kitchen, living room, and one of the comfiest king sized beds you can imagine. Would stay here again if we came back in winter, will stay closer to downtown if we come back in summer. Make sure you read all the rules about late check in, we got locked out on the second day when our card was deactivated. The Strongarm security guard Justin was great and even gave some food recommendations when he came to let us in.

Great location!

This was a nice stay at a terrific location for skiing! We stayed for 3 nights at the end of March. The resort shuttle ran consistently throughout the day and we never waited more than a few minutes at the hotel or the gondola base for a ride. The 3-bedroom condo we were in had plenty of space for our family of 7. The resort has a medium size pool and 3 smallish hot tubs, but we never had trouble finding space in the hot tub. Our condo was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. There were a few electrical issues (one outlet/power strip didn't work so we couldn't use the TV in the master bedroom and one of the overhead dining room lights didn't work), but nothing major. We definitely recommend this resort!

Nice condo.

Convenient free shuttles to the ski area. The furniture was very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. Might have been nice to have housekeeping come in midweek to take the trash and used towels out. Decor was a little dated but overall I would stay there again and would recommend to others.
