The space
The space is a full apartment, with a bedroom that sleeps 2 and a living room with a pull out couch that sleeps 2 more. Fully equipped kitchen. Full Bathroom
with tub. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Sun porch plus separate deck with wonderful views of the property.

In order to preserve water and offer a cost saving option I encourage my guests to bring their own sheets and towels. I can provide them for a fee of $20. Please let me know either way.
Guest access
This is a second floor walk up, with a full flight of stairs out side. We use two additional rooms upstairs as storage and a guest room, that are separated from unit with lockable doors.
Other things to note
In order to preserve water and offer a cost saving option I encourage my guests to bring their own sheets and towels. I can provide them for a fee of $20. (How is this a cost saving option??? The alternative is that I add this into the base price)Please let me know either way. Two Queen size beds.
