"Our room was clean and cozy. The staff was all super friendly and welcoming. Love that it’s a family owned hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Super fresh every morning. We would look forward to waking up to eat the breakfast. There was parking available which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend staying here. If I ever come back to Naxos I will be staying with Grotta hotel."

"Absolutely lovely hotel staff & service was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good & very good quality. It’s a 10 minute walk from the seafront, port & main areas but it’s a nice walk. The only downside is lack of hanging space our bathroom was slightly dated but still lovely & spotless & there is a charge for the hot tub I understand having a booking system but not to charge. Overall this is a hidden gem with beautiful staff I’d definitely stay again and recommend to my family & friends."

"We spend four days in Naxos at the Nissaki hotel and it was great. Close to the old town and right in front of the beach which seam to be our children favorite spot. Breakfast is included and the staff was super friendly."

"The staff was always very nice, and helpful. The place was cleaned everyday even our room was tittied up daily. It was nice they had parking for our car onsite most places don't have there own parking you have to find Municipal parking. The place was very quiet and the views were wonderful with a couple minute walk to the port area and main boardwalk. Would definitely return."

"The staff (Poppy) was very helpful with tips on getting around Naxos. From the hotel it was a 15 minute walk to the port. Easy to walk to shopping / restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool. Nice breakfast buffet; the ladies did a great job !"
