"A lot of information on all outdoor activities (big map, lots of folders), however hardly any instructions on how to use the TV, the oven, etc. Otherwise very well equipped (kitchen, towels, even washing cloths (!)), and clean. Large parking lot Arbritel should warn that in this studio, one has to climb a very small ladder to the bed, where you cannot stand upright, because the slanted roof allows, at the lowest part of the roof, hardly any place for your feet. Hence I slept on the couch...

"Ein wunderbares Haus: schön, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, architektonisch angenehm - auch aufgrund des Lichtfalls und in Bezug auf Design luxuriös und durchdacht. Ein wunderbares Bett, ein großer Garten und viel Privatsphäre. Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter und es war kein Nachteil, drinnen zu bleiben. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, egal wie das Wetter ist, ich hoffe, im Herbst wiederzukommen."

Les Bains De Spa

10/10 Excellent

"The property is beautiful and the room lovely and comfortable. I had a great facial treatment at the spa and spent a few hours after relaxing in the facility. I like that they require hotel guests to reserve times to visit the spa so that it does not become crowded. Unfortunately, we were not able to dine at the restaurant, as it was not open while we were there. We were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet, which was quite nice. The very nice young woman working reception gave us a lovely recommendation to a local restaurant, only a few minutes walk from the hotel. If I am lucky enough to be back in Spa, I would gladly stay here again."

"We checked in and the property is beautiful and its a wonderful place however check in was a bit unsatisfactory, we were sold access to the Spa but when we went there we had no services available, and we were told the train station was 10 minutes away and they had a shuttle to get us there but upon check out we were told we need to reserve the shuttle ahead , we ended up at a bus stop for an hr in the middle of nowhere, not very accommodating after we just stayed at a very high end hotel. The restaurant was wonderful and we still enjoyed the stay, just a bit disappointed!!!"

"The resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel welcome and the area is very picturesque. We had food in one of their Italian restaurants.... Limon which was terrible. Breakfast restaurant was amazing every morning since we were there for the Belgian GP. The walls inside are painted black in the hallways and room entrance which gives you a nightclub vibe..... Not sure if that's appropriate for a resort. I would give this place 4.5 stars."

"We stayed in a large, modern room on the fifth floor. A nice balcony with a view of woods (and the parking lot.) The room was very clean, the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel had a nice pool and workout room. We sought massages but were told the masseuse was unavailable. Spa was five minutes away by car. Breakfast was a nice spread. Dinner menu items were limited and not appealing to us, but there are many restaurants in the city center. We felt very comfortable in this modern hotel. We would recommend it."
