"Parked free for two full days, with 1 night stay which was a great deal. This place is no frills, but very convenient location, easy walking distance to the capitol and convention center. If you’re looking for an easy, basic place to stay, this fits the bill."

"Bar was outstanding. Love it when bartenders are master mixologists...drinks were creative, complex and delicious. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms was small but very clean and well appointed. "

"Pool was dirty, I was there for a full week and no one cleaned the pool! The kids had to use the Jacuzzi. It’s a great spot to be in Downtown Sacramento and close to everything in downtown. Staff was rude! We ask to have our rooms close by then they said it was full and we see multiple rooms empty in our floor. We ask for butter for breakfast and they were rude and mentioned they don’t have any. Sink were filled w mold and our sheet had stains so we took them off and bought a reusable sheet to add on top on the bed and reusable blankets."

"The property is beautiful and our room, a kitchenette, was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable as well. The staff was very helpful until our air conditioning issue. We were able to adjust our thermostat with no issues the first few days. But on night 6&7 we got this message when we tried to lower the temperature from 70 to 68. “Under Centralized Control- Adjustments at the Remote Control are Restricted”. I called the front desk and was told that they “may” be able to adjust it for us and to call back if it was not. I waited 30 minutes, now 12am midnight and it was now 72 degrees in our room. I have breathing issues that require cool temperatures, especially when sleeping. I tried calling two more times, at 1am and again around 2:30 am but the phone rang endlessly. Finally, at 2:45 he picked up again and said that I should be able to change the temperature. I was not, it remained 70-72 until we checked out at 5:30 am. "
