"We all loved our stay. The trails, river, birds, scenery, and sauna were amazing. We enjoyed using the tram as well. The outdoor kitchen is pretty well stocked with basic needs. Perfect place to escape life in! We will be back."

"This was our 2nd time staying in this location (first time in this cabin). We absolutely loved it! Just perfect! Quiet, beautiful, and every detail just well thought out! The hosts are amazing and super easy to deal with. Can't wait to come back next year."

"This lovely little cabin was so much more than we expected. It’s a small footprint, but efficiently laid out with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was easy to contact. The little touches like locally made soaps and fully stocked kitchen (even the stuff to make s’mores) was the gold standard for rentals. We were not there very long, but did get to walk to the creek and spend a little time by the small pond listening to the tree frogs. One thing...

"Brenda was a wonderful host. Hidden gem can be found in Rocky Retreat. Ambling Brook and beautiful song birds were the perfect accompaniment to the Adirondack wood style accommodations."

"Amazing privacy. Gorgeous riverside view. Beautiful trails. Lovely fragrant soaps, shampoos and lotions. Warm and cozy on a cold November night. Had scrambled eggs on the beautiful refurbished antique stove. A joy to use! Lovely details of magazines, books, binoculars, games, lovely coffee mugs, French Press setup, great cooking utensils and pots and pans. Truly memorable! Hope to be back for sure!!!"

"What a little piece of heaven. Inside was comfortable, the view was gorgeous, it was a lovely time facing sunrise. There were a lot of steps, so get ready to get an extra bonus workout in if you’d like to be by the water."

"A very cute apartment. Susan, our host was friendly, very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were kind to supply us with coffee and breakfast items and fresh eggs from their chickens!"

"beautiful property, highly recommend! We came for a family reunion in Heuvelton, and this was a great place to stay! Tammie responded almost immediately to any questions I had, there was an excellent book that answered most questions regarding the surrounding area! Thanks for a great stay!"
