"Really enjoyed this stay! The house is high tech with a very cool vibe. We enjoyed the pool, the shower and the projector in one of the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and enjoyable. We used the pool for awhile and watched movies at night. Everything was easy to use and the place felt cozy and modern. Some things I would have loved to have are some throw blankets for the couch, a few more pillows for the beds… some charcoal for the grill, and sponges for the sink. I would absolutely...

"Great air conditioning plus ceiling fans—great kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable furniture (sofa, chairs, beds)"

"Rustic farm house filled with antique furnishings . But very comfy beds and good hot water and air kept us cool . Best place to stay for a night of music and fun at Rileys or the other nearby food n music joint. We laughed and were ok with the trains passing thru so often but hey its part of the experience!!"

"Very relaxing . Hosts were very responsive . Just what we needed for a getaway"

"This is a lovely home, and we enjoyed our stay. Marlen is a wonderful hostess and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, close to everything you want to do in San Marcos. I highly recommend this property."

"This was nothing like the pictures. Spend the money and get a nicer clean place"

"I will start by saying the outside area was beautiful only short walk to Blanco River. Staying in the cabin wasn’t what I expected. The sofa bed which I had to sleep on first night reeked of pet urine. Next day the refrigerator started leaking water on kitchen floor. Maintenance man shut of power to ice maker. We had no filtered water or ice ( management sent 2 bags of ice to wrong address. Water leak stopped for one day, but started again day before our departure. We stayed 7 days at the River...

"My friends and I booked this place for my birthday weekend and had a wonderful time! We especially loved interacting with all the animals, especially the goats. The property and scenery were beautiful and the house was amazing with all the available rooms and the game room in the garage. Plus, it is in a great location with only about a 15min drive to River, New Braunfels, and Downtown San Marcos! If I ever need another place to stay in that area, I will definitely be booking this place again!"
