"The room was clean and had everything we needed.. breakfast was good, many choices. The staff was very helpful. I had hand surgery and she had us on the 2nd floor and she asked if I would like ground floor, so that I didn't have do stairs. That was so thoughtful. She got us a great room, close to the entry."

"Allowed us to store bike in closet, so nice."

"Short staffed had to wait for room to be cleaned after check in time. Cleanliness was an issue…."

"Clean rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff."

"I took pictures of all the damage that was in the room like the shower rod coming off the wall and there was a Kleenex on the floor behind the trash when we got there. I don’t complain on these but that hotels stay was not great!!!!"
