Zimmer war gut & sauber. Personal war immer freundlich. Wellness und Saunabereich schön und genug Auswahl. "The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

"The location is only a 15-20 min train or bus ride into Innsbruck, but it is a charming mountain village. My room was basic, but had all essentials (comfortable bed and en suite bath) and a lovely Mountain View. Good breakfast included in price. Innsbruck card also included which provided free train and bus transportation into the city. Staff all were friendly and helpful. It was a great value. "

"Honestly, one of my favorite destinations and stays on a long list of places visited. Beautiful views, great spa facilities with use late into the night, and excellent staff. Our room was upgraded and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was of top quality and restaurant served excellent meals. Bed was spacious and comfortable with a great morning sunrise view. Thank you so much for a short but amazing stay. "
