"Well maintained rooms with modern facilities. Booked for 2 but the room was equipped for 4, with a fold out sofa bed, plates and cutlery and a dishwasher. Comfy bed, black out window blind, spare bedding stored in easy access. The view was lovely and no noise from the street below as the hotel starts from the 9th floor so you're already up above it all. Was a small bit of cleaning to be done in some of the nooks and crannies but understandable how it could be missed."

"Arrived a little flustered, due to transportation problems, just after midnight and the staff were brilliant. Front desk agent, managing some of the booking saw I was tired and so gave me a nice room to go to, really spacious. And I love the new carpet. Not sure why the hotel has any bad reviews as stayed a few times and never had any issues. Anyway, great staff and that carpet is mint."
