"The hotel is not clean. Our room had a very slow bathroom sink drain. The bed was not comfortable and one the women at check out didn’t want to check me out and provide a receipt for the stay? Very unprofessional and a yuck experience overall. Very disappointing…won’t be back. Clean up the disgusting carpeting on the 4th floor. Please."

"The rooms were decent, it was just inconvenient that in order to get your room cleaned daily you’d have to let the staff know and even if you left the sign on, your room wouldn’t be cleaned. I let the staff know and my room was not cleaned, so the cleanliness wasn’t all there but it does have a hidden gym, small fish pool area, even massage chairs and a big laundry mat within the hotel which was very convenient. If you’re going to Manhattan though prepare to take about an hour in subway and buses to get there. The staff were friendly though and for the most part helpful. I would wish that you could just get your room cleaned without having to ask them or at least they let you know in advance I was always on the go so letting them know before I left was difficult and calling the hotel can be a hassle as they don’t answer the phones often."

"Useless staff. Breakfast seating and order both took eons. Next door alarm went off at 6am on Sunday. Called front desk. No one came up to shut off the alarm until 6:15. Elevator didn’t work—had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. Maid knocked on the door at 9am and ask me if I’m checking out. When I said yes but it’s only 9am, she asked me to put “do not disturb sign” on the door —so rude and unprofessional"
