"Perfect location to explore the city and access the central station. Staff were very helpful in reception and you can store luggage if needed. Room was comfortable and warm. Note there are currently construction works going on directly opposite the hotel which may mean more noise than usual. Hotel WiFi was also affected because of this. I appreciate this is no fault of the hotel's but we were not made aware of these nearby works before checking in."

"Fairly central location, about 15 minute walk to the city centre. Check in was smooth. Staff very polite. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice of hot and cold and good quality. Once you leave the lobby/restaurant area, it’s like being in a different hotel. The downstairs has obviously had a make over but the upstairs not so. However, our room was clean and served its purpose. Lighting was a bit dark, and no tea/coffee making facilities. You can get a hot drink downstairs but you have to pay for it. Overall a nice enough hotel but could do with a drinks tray in the room. "

"A lovely hotel - great city views with some rooms. Location not so great - a lot of building work surrounding you but we were made aware. Seems to be an up and coming area. Lovely area around the fjords and some nice boat trips."
