"Lovely property, beautifully furnished in an elegant style. Nice bar around the corner open till late, but needed to go into the city to find somewhere to eat
Our only issue was the advertised pool was not open, though clearly had been
When we asked about it the owner said no
We went down to the pool area to sit out and he was there covering it up so clearly had been open"

"The owners were really accommodating, we had early starts everyday and they made sure we had breakfast available before we left. The property is very clean and tidy, and the pool area was nice and quiet. As a family of four we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this BnB if you are visiting Tuscany"

"Wow, amazing big room and huge toilet. Always clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, Stefano is very attentive and courteous.
Room 8 had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, very handy. Just hope to have polite guests upstairs cause you can hear everything, apart from that all perfect!"

"The place was beautiful with so much character. It is a traditional house and you can want to have an experience of staying in “chalet” vibe then this is the place. "

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from.
It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

"Roberta is so helpful throughout our stay. She drove us to the bus stop when we couldn’t get a taxi. Their saying is “come as a tourist, go as a friend” is definitely true. We highly recommend Il Linchetto and it is 10 stars out of 5."

"Hotel is old a little dated but the room was clean and the area had a couple of restaurants and a supermarket about 10 minute walk . Lots of parking available. Breakfast was not my favorite but they offered free breakfast. Leaning Tower of Pisa is about 10 minutes by car. Not much to do in that town other than seeing the tower and many restaurants and shops in that area."
"The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the Tower. The room was perfectly adequate for our purposes, with a great shower and decent air conditioning. The roof top terrace and restaurant offers amazing views across to the Tower. We had a memorable meal, with great food and service watching the sun set over the Pisa skyline.Given the location, the price was decent value tool."
"Just a one night stop over for an early morning flight from Pisa. Couple of minutes away from the train station for the airport shuttle which was really convenient. Hotel perfect for us and a good early breakfast. Pleasant staff!"
"Overall, I had a great stay here!
I stayed here solo for 3 nights and overall had a decent experience for the price.
Pros:
• Ideally located — walking distance to the Leaning Tower and a short walk to the train station (Florence is only 1hr away!)
• Very tourist-friendly area with lots of English spoken
• The smaller room was the perfect size for a solo traveller on a short trip
Cons:
• The entrance is accessed via a semi-isolated alleyway — as a solo female traveller it felt a bit uncomfortable at first, though I felt fine once inside
• Old building with a noticeable musty smell
• AC was quite weak — even as someone who runs cold I found the room warmer than ideal
• Minor but no shower cap or slippers provided
For a quick 3-night stay focused on exploring Pisa and day tripping, this hotel does the job well. Great location at a fair price."
"This comfortable hotel is very conveniently located in central Pisa. The single room was understandably compact, but there was no lack in its facilities. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast buffet offered a great array of options."
"The entire experience at this hotel was magnificent!!! I highly recommend it. The room was so comfortable. The outside terrace had beautiful views and the hot tubs were a perfect way to relax before dinner out. It is located 1 very short block in from the ocean. The hosts will make beach reservations for you. The beach and the area are wonderful. And you can get to the Cinque Terra national park and see the 5 cities by train or a 25 minute car ride to the La Spireza Centrale. This is a FABULOUS place to stay!!"
