"Staff were super friendly, and the room and bathroom were hugely and clean. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and the area felt really safe. Breakfast was impressive, with loads of fresh produce to choose from and we had eggs made on request, which set us up for a long travel day! Would definitely recommend!"

"Photo on your website is a bit deceiving. Breakfast was the same every day.
The people were lovely and helpful. The location was easy to get around.
We enjoyed our stay there."

"The hotel is amazing, the rooms are massive, like an apartment, including kitchen etc. they have a lot of services such us Gym, Laundry and a rooftop bar but I didn’t use any so I can not give my opining on that.
The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have daily cleaning service like in pretty much all the hotels, at least should be every other day, but during my whole stay, nobody came to take even the trash from the bathroom. That’s supposed to be included in the price."
"Clean superb location, with supermarkets and a choice of bars and restaurants on the doorsteps. Together with several tram lines round the corner.
Will definitely book again."
"Grand Ferdinand was FANTASTIC!!!
Our room was "Petite Chic" - tiny & perfect.
Check in staff - she was awesome! Wish we got her name. Went above and beyond with helpful information. Not just the basics - where to get groceries, transport to our events, holiday weekend hours & info.....
🍋Breakfast.... AMAZING 💞 🍋
Staff *****
Food ***** buffet & a la carte
Drinks - coffee, juice, tea..... *****
Everything so delicious! 🍋
Weather wasn't great.... But
I still went in the rooftop endless pool TWICE! 2X 🏊♀️
This is not my typical review... Good good ok - not a paragraph.
I would 100% recommend this hotel
I wish we had time to stay another night.
Price was a bit high - but Saturday of a holiday weekend, city center & Eurovision in Vienna (we knew nothing about... Until we were here)
I've already recommended it to friends with an extra day in Vienna - we are in Graz for the week now."
"A great location right opposite the main railway station which suited us perfectly. The hotel room was clean and fuctional. Excellent selection of hot & cold buffet breakfast. Note that it is outside the main city center, but there's a convenient tram stop opposite the hotel to get to the center of Vienna (about a 20 min journey). We even managed to fit in a day trip to Bratislava which is only an hour by train. A perfect hotel in a great location. There are also quite a few shops in the train station opposite."
"Check in was seamless and even though I was early there was a room ready for me. A big shout out to Nadine on reception who was very helpful. The room itself was very clean with tea/ coffee facilities, iron, safe, bathrobes, mini fridge and even an umbrella!! The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.. there could be more coffee machines though! Breakfast was busy at times and I found It difficult to find a table one morning! The hotel is very convenient to public transport, historical sights and the train to the airport. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay"
"Hotel itself was lovely, it was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. We loved the bar area and the young lad on there was very friendly. Unfortunately we didn't get chance to experience the rooftop bar as it only opened on our last day and the times didn't fit in with our schedule. The breakfast was very nice too."
"Hotel has a green policy so no cleaning of rooms change of towels or bedding unless upon request which I get on one or two night stays.
We stayed 7 nights in a suite with a separate living room/ lounge which I think should have been cleaned at least once during our stay without having to request it and for which you had to give 24 hours notice if you reminded yourself to do so which whilst enjoying your holiday is not first on your mind.
Our towels where changed daily as requested on check in but we where emptying out own rubbish / trash as not always able to find a housekeeper on our floor to request its removal.
Not a big chore but some guests might think they shouldn’t have to do so in a four star hotel.
The guest has to phone use a QR code or find a member of staff not always ideal for requests.
Breakfast selection was good and staff pleasant and friendly.
Overall a lovely stay but the hotel may need to consider tweaking their green policy based on the number of nights booked."
