"Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving. I gave the 4 stars for the lovely person who checked us in but otherwise it’s a 2 star review. "

"Our stay at Lindbergh Bay hotel was delightful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an older one but extremely clean and pleasant. We enjoyed drinking the complimentary coffee and muffins while sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay. It also is a few minute walk from the airport. "

"Nice place to stay. Alittle different then we were accustomed to, but the place was very clean and quaint. The views are immaculate from your balcony. The swimming pool is very clean. Wish it was heated in the evening. The room didn’t have any carpet on the floor throughout. It was bare concrete, theres no paper towels in the rooms or ledge in the shower to place your toiletries. "I stayed at Secret Harbor for 8 nights. The room was fantastic (it was a one bedroom condo). All the staff at the resort are gracious, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Even the fish are friendly. It was a wonderful vacation. I don’t have a single complaint. Highly, highly recommend a stay at Secret Harbor. "
