"We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic, with so much to see and do in the surrounding area. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. A special thank you to the front desk staff, especially Deva, who was incredibly warm and helpful after we had a stressful and unexpected flight cancellation. We were pretty frazzled, and Deva was patient and genuinely helpful throughout the whole situation. On the bright side, the cancellation gave us an unexpected extra day in St. Thomas, and Deva helped us make the most of it. She recommended restaurants and activities in the area, turning what started as a very stressful evening into an enjoyable experience. Great hotel, great location, and even better hospitality. We would definitely stay at the Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas again!"

"Our room was spacious and clean. Our oven wasn’t working, and we weren’t notified in advance. We stayed in building E and there was a lot of sargassum in that area of resort. A crew attempted to clean up the sargassum each day, but some days it was so thick that the crew couldn’t make much progress. The sargassum has a terrible odor and you can smell it as soon as you step outside."
