THE SPACE SEACLUSION TOO is the ground floor of a unique two-unit oceanfront vacation property on St. Simons Island.
SEACLUSION TOO is located directly on the sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean, within one-half mile or a 10-minute walk to the village/pier area. Our home has recently been renovated and features a DIRECT and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach, the shipping channel, and Jekyll Island. You will have peace and quiet in your private beachfront backyard while enjoying 180-degree beautiful ocean views from your living room, open kitchen, and dining room through two sets of big glass sliders. You can see as far as Cumberland Island from the patio and living room, and throughout the day you can experience the ever-changing tidal patterns that come with the ocean's gentle ebb and crashing flow on the rocks in front of SEACLUSION TOO.
Enjoy waking up and walking out to your private patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, feeling the wonderful ocean breezes above your own private white sand beach. Sit back and relax. Watch the ships and dolphins go by. Sit in the sun and get a tan. Read a book. Go biking and walking on the beautiful flat sand beach, and spend tranquil moments wading and fishing in the waters close to shore.
Each unit features two bedrooms with comfortably appointed king beds and an open dining room/living room with a sofa sleeper with unobstructed ocean views . A queen-sized air mattress is also available. Two bathrooms feature a tub with shower and walk-in shower, respectively. Renovations to the kitchen, baths, flooring, windows, walls, etc., include comfortable furnishings, all tile and wood flooring, both air conditioning and ceiling fans, and a laundry room. We have a flat screen TV in both the living room and master bedroom.
We also have all the necessities--dishwasher, pots, pans, silverware, and blender.
Seaclusion TOO is situated in one of the most desirable areas on St. Simons Island, where you can walk in a few minutes to the charming village with its fine dining establishments, lively bars, and unique boutiques, or you can rent a golf cart and tour this picturesque Southern island. And--for the golfer--St. Simons has plenty of challenging courses to satisfy all who play the game. Let us book a tee-time for you!
SEACLUSION TOO (Unit 2) is the lower unit, a barrier-free condo at ground level. The floor plans of both condos are identical, and both are beautifully furnished and appointed. If one is not available, be sure to check on the other listing.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.
MORE INFO Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

This property was wonderful. Beautiful inside and out and mere steps to the beach. Condo was clean and had every convenience. Dolphin viewing right from the porch. Convenient to all the restaurants and lighthouse.
It’s hard to beat this place for proximity to the beach and the village. Mattresses were above average, which we appreciated. Property was a bit worn but very enjoyable! We will come back.
We take a girls trip every year and this is our 8th year. We try to go somewhere new each year and this year we chose Saint Simons Island, GA. The place was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. The hosts were very informative and responsive. The view and proximity to the beach was great!! We would definitely book again.

Relaxing Vacation
We loved Seaclusion Too. We did have trouble getting it to cool down. Might want to check the HVAC. Ceiling fan in back bedroom didn’t work. Might want to consider putting in comfort height toilets. No window treatments on the doors facing the ocean. Trim needs to be painted. Having said all that, we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the location.
The views from this property are even more amazing than pictured! We enjoyed stunning sunrises every morning and glasses of wine on the porch at night - lovely!
Cute little place in beautiful beach. The only issue was parking from the public beach access next to house and confusion about where to park with the guest above. I would recommend a stay here
The property I booked cancelled on me 3 days before my stay started due to "renovation" delays. I was able to book another property so my vacation stayed intact, but it is unacceptable to cancel with such short notice.
The location was excellent and when we are at the beach we want to be ON THE BEACH! This unit was updated, comfortable and very clean. Great views and comfortable beds. The owner was pet friendly, so our 30-pound mini doodle had a blast. You could hardly get him off the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that we didn't realize until we got there was that this was a 2-unit property. We were on the ground floor which is what we preferred and the upper unit had a very friendly visitor that also had a small dog and it all worked out great.
Loved this house and location. Everything was wonderful. I only suggest the owners look into the hot water situation. There was not enough for even 2 people. But will still stay here again once that is resolved!

We have stayed at the property several times but always on the top so we were a little worried about being on the bottom. It was no problem at all and what we like best is its closeness to everything including the ocean. We will be back.
This little property is not chic and new but it’s perfect. It’s super quiet and as secluded as you can get close to the lighthouse. It was perfect for our 3 adults. The beds are large and comfortable which is a plus in a rental. We did not cook so can’t comment on the kitchen items. The bath towels are new and large. Another plus is the access to beach towels. We are planning to come back. It was perfect for our 4 day trip.

Overall a great stay! But next time would chose upstairs unit.
Great stay and we love St. Simon's! The house is well equipped and is a GREAT location! Our only complaint was that a sweet family upstairs and young children who ran back and forth all day and it was SO LOUD! This started every morning at 6 a.m. and our girls at ages 10 & 12 prefer to sleep much later. This home was renovated to be two units and unfortunately their is just no sound protection between the two. There was really nothing that could be done except we would have booked upstairs if we had any idea! That said we would stay again, just upstairs :)
My husband and I came with our dog Ellie and had a wonderful time. Being right on the beach was perfect and the unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed
There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed but place was clean and exactly like pictures showed.
Although you could hear the people upstairs walking around so place must not be sound proof.
Also was only ever able to get but one Chanel on the tv.
Great place to replace and take dogs.
Would go back to Island again.
We rented this ocean front property for three nights. On the first night we saw weather reports of possible flooding. By the next day the weather reports changed to likely flooding, specifically describing our location. We were quite concerned and decided to leave the island for a hotel off-island. We called the rental company & were only able to leave a voicemail describing our concern over the weather and that we were leaving which was never responded to. I completed the check-out process two days early & was still prompted to do it again on our original checkout date. I left a positive review because the property required a significant deposit which I wanted to get back. I didn’t ask for a refund since we made the choice to leave. I was surprised there was no follow-up and no acknowledgement of the difficulty of the situation despite my attempts to communicate that. We won’t be renting from this company again, nor will we be recommending them.
We had a wonderful stay. The view from the living room is amazing. We could see boats and dolphins regularly. Beds were comfy and wifi and AC worked great. Access to and from beach is super easy. Location is very close to many wonderful restaurants and 'the pier. We love Crab Daddy's and Crab Trap.
What a lovely home!! The communication with the property owner was excellent. The back porch and access to the beach were just what we were looking for!
Enjoyed Easter weekend right on the beach. Beautiful views and short walk to restaurants and shops. Property was clean and accommodations were perfect!
