Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted.

The backyard of this St. Simons Island home away from home is spacious and fenced in. Guests can take time to savor a swim in the property's large in-ground pool surrounded by a plethora of seating options from patio furniture to loungers. The Indigo Cottage is even home to a spectacular Spa (heating available upon request for an additional $45/nt), ideal for those evenings when nothing sounds better than settling into the bubbles under the stars. When an alfresco moment is called for, the yard of the Indigo Cottage also hosts a gas grill for serving up savory delights.

The living room in this property hosts a warm and welcoming space situated in front of a cozy brick-framed fireplace. A large flat-screen television is mounted above the fireplace(fireplace not available for guest use)for added entertainment value, while sleek hardwood flooring in this room is wonderfully contrasted by robin's egg wall colorings and vaulted ceilings.

The kitchen and dining room in the Indigo Cottage are situated next to each other, making it simple to serve up a meal and just as easy to enjoy it! The kitchen hosts an eye-catching collection of light, natural-wood cabinetry paired with stainless steel appliances and an extended breakfast bar with additional barstool seating options. The dining room table can easily seat 8 guests and is surrounded by large windows that frame the exterior view.

When it's time to rest, the first of two primary suites in this home is found on the main level and features a king bed as well as access to the screened-in porch. The second level of the home features access to the second primary suite as well as a private balcony that overlooks the pool. The second floor has all the remaining bedrooms for guests.
