This second-floor condo is located in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier and village area. It is directly across the street from tide contingent beach access. Just steps away are the St. Simons lighthouse, oceanfront Neptune Park with resort-style pool, playground, miniature golf and oceanfront picnic areas.
Emily's Beach House is a charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, wonderfully furnished in casual beach décor. Wood floors and paneling throughout create a cozy fishing lodge-like atmosphere, ideal for seaside getaways!
The open floor plan with kitchen and dining room allow for everyone to be together in the same space, and the living room includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Your private balcony with gentle sounds of the ocean in the distance is the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails or a great beach book!

Would absolutely stay here again! The master bed was so comfy and the location to the beach is ideal. Just a path through the sand and you’re there! I love that there are only four units in this building so it’s really easy to go back and forth without the headache.
We loved Emily's Beach House! It's in a perfect location so we could walk into the village and also walk right to the beach. We loved the decor in the condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was clean and well taken care of. We loved sitting out on the porch listening to the waves in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely return for more visits.
We have stayed here twice now. Great place and so close to beach and village. Have stayed in 4 different places on St Simons but this is our favorite. Hope to stay more often.
We enjoyed our stay and intend to visit again! The place itself was clean and exactly what we needed for our family of four. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and all the restaurants there and also a walk, just a little further, to the restaurants near the King and Prince resort. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in this little gem. The condo was more than equipped with supplies and furnishings to feel right at home. We absolutely loved staying at St. Simons Island!
Loved this condo! Beautifully decorated, easy walk to beach. Parking right in front. Spent a lot of time reading on the balcony. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The area was very quiet.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emily's Cottage! It is comfortable and cozy. Among the many features that we liked was the walk-in shower. We had a lovely view of the ocean from the living room and the balcony. And it is literally 74 steps from the ocean. Our Oglethorpe neighbors were friendly and quiet. And it is an easy walk to The Village.
We stayed at Emily’s Beach House for the Fourth of July, and have never had a better trip! The location was perfect, we brought our bikes, but also rented a golf cart to make getting around a little easier. The condo was clean and quiet, and we loved all the rustic hardwood and brick touches
We have stayed in the unit several times. It has been a couple of years but all the updates and new furniture was fantastic and it looks wonderful. We especially like that we can sit on the balcony and see and hear the ocean and the breeze this time was amazing!
This is an amazing property! Very clean, comfortable beds, and easy access to beach which is right across the street. Decor in unit is fabulous! You can sit on balcony and see/hear the ocean. Very short walk to the village, where there are several great restaurants and cute shops. We visit the island often, but this is our favorite rental thus far! Definitely will stay here again!!
Loved the location. The unit was exactly as pictured. Beds were super comfortable. It’s set up for a ST stay (which we were) but if you are staying longer you will need to provide all the basics you would need. Spices,
We were looking for a place to go that was not too far from Tampa. Condo was just like the pictures. Location was great for walking to the down town. Easy drive to areas nearby. Drive to Savannah is an easy day trip.
The view to the water is exactly as the pictures show. The access is right across the street. Location is excellent.
The stay was great. Our first time to the area. The location of the condo is fantastic to the village and beach. Both within walking distance. Quiet Neighborhood location. We were there near the end of the summer, so it was not as crowded. Our only concern was that that the condo had very limited streaming options for the smart TV and we had a day and a half of bad weather. As adults, we would have liked to have some local weather TV options and more streaming channel options. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great family vacation spot with the beach in view and an easy walk to let kiddos build sandcastles. The interior of the condo is well done and comfortable, with a back nook where our daughter snuck away to read during the storm.
The building is older and there is a musty smell in the entryway to the building, but the scent was NOT noticeable in the condo itself. If you are there during a storm, water will sneak in around the porch door, but it's easy to clear with a standard towel. Lastly, pick up a bag of ice at the grocery as the ice machine in the fridge doesn't work. None of these issues are a big deal. Afterall you're renting, you don't own the place. Just know there are minor inconveniences.
I feel that Covenant Properties did a good job communicating with us throughout the trip and beforehand. They get high marks for this because they live there and their power was probably out at their house too, and the still kept in touch through the tropical storm.
The condo was in a great location and we could look out the balcony at the ocean. A short walk to the beach and a few blocks further to the shops and pier downtown. We cooked most of our meals at the home and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
