"A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained."

"Staff were incredibly helpful. It was our first trip away with our baby, and they were more than happy to sort out milk and warming it when asked. Breakfast restaurant staff were very friendly and sorted everything. Parking was super easy"

"A brilliant hotel, we will definitely use again in the future. Staff responded quickly and helpfully when I had a booking query. Arrival was good and they got us into our room a little early which was helpful as I wasn't feeling great. Everything was super clean in our room, which was great. Breakfast were amazing, so much choice, fresh ingredients and such great quality food and drink. The pool had long access hours. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to. Towels are on hand at the pool...

"Rooms clean however, no air-conditioning room was extremely hot and stuffy. Bathroom outdated, avocado bathroom suite no shower cubical, needs upgrading shower over bath not good and no water pressure made having a shower difficult. Breakfast excellent evening meals can't be faulted either."

"The staff are all very cheerful, the food was excellent and our room was sparkling clean. The location is good. We walked into town most days and used the local buses. There’s a stop right outside the hotel."

"Lovely hotel, bit pricey but was rated 5* although needed few tweaks. Bathroom floor tiles cracked. Tiny toiletries had to ask for more shower gel. Apart from that room lovely, large, great bed, great aircon especially as we were there in crazy hot weather. Not a brilliant view though. Helpful staff. Breakfast great. Tricky to find hotel entrance."
