"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The sea view room was absolutely breath-taking, offering stunning vistas right from my balcony. The room was comfortably heated, ensuring a cozy atmosphere even on cooler nights. The amenities provided were nice, making my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable.
Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long sleepless journey. The security at the hotel was excellent, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. Parking nearby was very easy to access, adding to the overall convenience.
The staff was absolutely brilliant - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Although I didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, the location offered easy access to the beach, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful Jersey coastline effortlessly.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this 4*Star hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway with excellent service and great amenities."
"Nice stay, last time we stayed in a more expensive room and kind have wished we had paid the extra for that room again but the room we had was very pleasant.
Beds were smaller than I remember though?"
"We had an absolutely perfect stay. The view from our room was spectacular, the staff are amazing and the food and drinks were top notch. We enjoyed using the leisure facilities. Jersey is beautiful and the area around the hotel is one of the best spots. We will be back."
"Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). On the other hand, its location equips it with extensive grounds, a beautiful aspect and rooms, along with the best spa, gym and swimming pool facilities on the island.
My own room was cosy and beautifully appointed, with a view overlooking the top of the city towards the harbour. One floor below, a statement staircase led to a fine restaurant and first-rate front desk, both with a knack for genial and understated hospitality.
Five stars in every respect, and recommended without caveat. Thank you to the team and the managers for a reminder that stylish service never goes out of fashion."
"Lovely room overlooking the beach. Could do with more plug sockets though. We had a very nice 2 night stay. Didn’t have the chance to use the pool and Spa facilities. Good choice of breakfast menu options and food quality was good. On one of the two breakfasts we had it took a while to be allocated a table and service at the food area was a little disorganised with people waiting around for food to be replenished. Would probably return. "
"Check in quick simple and fast, staff very polite and friendly, the breakfast was amazing lots of choices my only grumble is breakfast is 7.30am my flight made me miss the last day would have been late for flight otherwise location of hotel was great everything is nearby lovely place to stay highly recommend this hotel thank you all"
