The modern kitchen is appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and has plenty of prep space to make scrumptious meals while overlooking the dining area and living room. Between our 6-person dining table and the 4-person kitchen island seating, your entire group can also easily and comfortably dine inside.
The bedrooms have been furnished with a coastal flair and await you at the end after a relaxing day at the beach. The master bedroom includes a king bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo which is perfect for all travelers. For added convenience TVs are available in all bedrooms.

This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath, beachfront condominium comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is the perfect spot for romantic getaways, family vacations or a break from the cold winter weather. Within close distance to multiple restaurants, activities and, directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.
Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
