Breath taking panoramic views directly on the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico from your condo, one floor above sandy gulf of mexico beaches-feels like your in your yacht living room enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Fully remodeled Executive level amenitites- brand new Hurricane rated Windows for quite peaceful enjoyment, windows have screens so you can enjoy the tradewinds warm and cool breezes. Madeira beach and Johns Pass amenities within walking distance. Patio area with grills to enjoy the sunsets and a picnic style dinner with steak, seafood and all the trimmings.
2 King size master suites-2 full ensuite bathrooms- split master bedrooms- beach chairs, beach towels all included- WIFI access
Base Rate is 4 adults- any reservation age 16+ for guest 5 and 6 additional charges applicable at the time of reservation. Condo building currently under renovation sure to Hurricane fall of 2024. We hope to be open by July 1- we will be back better then ever - please reach out with any reservation questions.

This a beautiful place to stay. The condo is just as pictured and is right in the water. I would recommend doing some grilling out by the ocean when you are there. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was amazing, the beach and pool so clean. The condo was stocked with everything one would need, even a closet full of beach items, umbrellas, chairs, toys. Beds were very comfortable, cable TV. We will definitely be back. Location was perfect.

Total Bliss!

My husband, son, and I stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The condo is right on the beach and the back window wall provides breath taking views of the ocean and sun sets. A closet full of beach accessories is an added bonus. The description fits the condo to a tee and we would stay here again!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The location was close enough for walking distance for restaurants but just far enough away from the beach accesses so the beach in-front of the condo was not crowded at all. The view from the condo was incredible. Just like something from a magazine! We will definitely be staying here again at a future date.

Perfect last minute trip

After our original Fall Break plans were interrupted by the Hurricane, we booked this place the day before we left! Brent responded promptly to my message checking in and making sure the area was not hit before booking. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I appreciated the closet with beach supplies for us to use and not have to purchase items. Beach wasn’t crowded either! We look forward to coming back soon.

We appreciated the owner’s responsiveness to questions. Great location along the gulf. Covered parking space. Condo adequately stocked with paper products and dish and laundry soap. Perfect location directly on the beach!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. Also there is a trolley stops right outside of the condo that runs to John’s Pass so that was convenient as well. Having two small children, it was important to us to be close to the beach so we could go in and out if they were hot / tired etc. The unit is located on the second floor, which is the first floor of the units so we were very easily able to do that. Nice pool and grill picnic table area beachfront. The condo was clean and comfortable and Brett was fantastic and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!
