Together, these thoughtfully designed rentals boast a total four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, and 2 living rooms - providing ample space for your stay just steps from Main St in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor. The apartments are both on the first floor, ensuring easy access to the free street parking directly out front. The living areas are comfortable and thoughtfully designed spaces - each with seating for four - perfect for relaxation and small gatherings. The fully equipped kitchens allow you to prepare your meals, and include all the necessary amenities at appliances you would expect at your home . Each of the four bedrooms offers a private retreat, each furnished with either a king or queen bed. The spacious bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. Enjoy the convenience of private entrances, air conditioning, and free parking just outside your door. The "Canopy Couplet" is ideally located in downtown Safety Harbor, providing easy access to cute boutique shops, incredible restaurants, and the natural beauty of the area.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to two apartments, featuring four bedrooms, four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and comfortable living areas. They are also welcome to use the patios and the free parking on the property. A unique 6-digit access code will be provided for easy entry.
The Neighborhood:
Safety Harbor is a quaint waterfront town boasting rich history and a sense of community that truly make it feel like home away from home. The downtown area features several different outdoor parks, a waterfront pier and is home to the original "Fountain of Youth" at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa! There are also fantastic restaurants and local shops on Main Street just steps away from your front door. We recommend Haven House for breakfast and the Sandwich on Main for lunch!
Getting Around:
Explore Safety Harbor with ease! Our apartment is located in a pedestrian-friendly area, perfect for enjoying the downtown waterfront with its shops and restaurants. You can easily explore the area on foot or utilize ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, which are readily available via app.
Other Things to Note:
- SMOKING: please be aware that Canopy Apartments is a smoke free "campus." Smoking inside the unit, on the front porch, or anywhere on the property is prohibited and may result in a fine of up to $500. If needed, there are designated smoking areas in the park across the street.
- Pets: sorry, no pets allowed
- Parking: there is no designated parking, however, there are ample off street parking spots both by your front door and in the lot behind the building.
