Relax and Enjoy the beach in our comfortable studio directly on the beach in the Island Inn! NO resort Fees added.

You’ll have a wonderful experience when you step outside right onto the beach of beautiful Treasure Island.

We are the new owners of this unit and have short-term rental house just blocks away if you need to combine both for larger groups.

We’ve added a new memory foam mattress, new leather sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress, new bedding, bath towels and beach towels too.

A brand new, high efficiency, and very quiet AC added 2023.

The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and toaster, microwave for your convenience.

The studio has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi is included.

The views from the balcony of the Gulf and Boca Ciega Bay.

The property features a year around heated pool and the Island Girl Tiki bar with snack and food adjacent to the pool.

Super easy check in. Room is small but was perfect for us (we are hardly in our room). Condo was also equipped with almost everything a person could need. Facility was clean and we really enjoyed the Tiki Bar. Would totally stay again....

Beautiful spot

Loved this location, perfect for a quick couples getaway. Central location to a lot of great restaurants and the onsite tiki bar is perfect with amazing sunset views.

This is a cozy little gem right on the beach. And although small, very nicely appointed with very comfy, huge king bed, larger refrigerator and plenty of storage for a 4-night stay. Great view from the balcony and really appreciated. Having nice beach towels to use at the pool. We would stay again!

This is our second time at this property. Pool was beautiful, beach was clean and there are many places to walk to for dinner. Wendy was VERY helpful and gave us information on ride share and the trolley. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and perfect for the two of us

Great little condo

This is a great little condo on the beach. Easy walking distance to grocery store and beach bars. A comfortable bed and nice little kitchen. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent communication from the owner.

Perfect Condo, Convenient Location, Communicative Host

We couldn't have asked for a better week vacation in Treasure Island, FL in the perfect condo. We had everything we needed from the provided beach chairs & towels to the beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Chatrick was amazing at communicating with us throughout the check-in process along with answering and tending to questions we had about our stay. We will definitely go back soon!

Beautiful beach

Right on a fantastic beach and the cutest little Tiki Bar. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and studio kitchen was easy to fix snacks and small meals. Perfect getaway!

Great Location

We stayed at Island Inn in Treasure Island. Very nice area. Chadwick our host was awesome. He let us in as soon as we arrived and kept communication open to let us know we would need to evacuate due to the incoming hurricane Helene.

We can’t wait to come back!! Great room and it even had a deck box with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. So helpful!! Best beach experience ever, soft sand and so easy to get to from the building! And not to mention awesome view from the bed!!

Treasure on Treasure Island

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Beach Time! The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed walking on the beach each morning and watching the sunset each evening.

Everything about the room was perfect! Beautifully decorated, very welcoming. Location is great - grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Totally enjoyed daily beach walks. Gulf view to the left and bay view to the right. Very relaxing to sit on porch and enjoy the views. Loved it!

Weekend get away.

The VRBO was nice and the location was awesome. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only issue we had was the regular coffee maker did not work. They did have a Keurig coffee maker but we didn’t have the cups we only had regular coffee. I would have liked a rug as you walk in the door and also in front of the balcony door. It would have been nice to wipe your feet before you walked into the room. I would definitely rent again.

Great condo!

My boyfriend and I stayed a week and loved the condo! It was very clean and just the right size for the 2 of us! The bed was super comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had ocean and bay views from our balcony! We walked to local restaurants and bars daily. The poolside tiki bar was a relaxing way to end our day and watch the sunsets! We would stay here again.

Peace in the mist of fog

The unit was just big enough. The back burner did not work but we made due. Enjoyed looking out from the balcony and seeing the beach/ocean. Much love to Florida from Vegas. Map quest for other areas (St Pete's and Tampa). Nice and quiet except for car noises. Overall, awesome and great stay. The staff was very friendly and professional.

pleasant stay

Enjoyed the balcony,pool area and the beach.The bed was comfortable.The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired.It is tiny with no fan or grab bars.By the time you finished your shower u could pass out from the heat.It definitely needs a fan installed.The bath towel situation was poor.Two bath towels! I did laundry several times so that our towels would be clean.No complaints about the kitchen area.The beach chairs and beach towels were very much appreciated.

The condo we stayed in was very clean & up to date. It was small but good enough for what we wanted it for a stay on the beach. Not sure of the area & we booked only 2 mos in advance & the host was very attentive. I would recommend only for 2 adults & 2 kids, but does sleep 4 & will be cramped if all adults. Our son lives 30 min away & he stayed one night. Worked out well, but cramped. Table only seats 2. Small cooktop and nice sized fridge. Liked the view and loved it’s on the beach. The Inn is being updated and will be very nice when done. Loved the pool & Tiki bar, volleyball and cornhole. Lots to do there, you won’t be disappointed!!!
