  • On three levels (approx. 91 m²), this semi-detached house for 6 people presents itself from the best side. With a modern design, this apartment does not only appeal to families; the so-called best-ager generation also feels at home here. On the ground floor is the cozy living room with Danish. Fireplace and large flat screen with DVD player and stereo with CD player. The dining table and the high-quality, well-equipped kitchen invite you to cook and eat together. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor. The washing machine is next to the gas boiler in the storage room. The rooms for dreams are located on the first floor. The blue room, the red room with an extra flat screen on the wall and the large, bright bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a heated towel rail. From the third bedroom on the top floor you have a beautiful view from the Velux windows over the dike and Ordingerstrand to the North Sea.
    It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Construction work is currently taking place in the vicinity. Therefore, there may be noise pollution on site.
