"Apartment in a very old building in East Dallas. Furnishings and decor are very nice.Floors are uneven from building settling. No hall light in back door entryway. Wood around door frame of back entry door is busted.We were there for baby in NICU at Baylor, and the location was ideal."

"This place is awesome! Private parking included, modern amenities and the host, Andrew, is just a phone call away. The unit is equipped with all the amenities that you need in a home away from home. It boast a lovely flower garden with fountains and benches! We stayed for 6 days and it was a short drive to the convention center, Deep Elum, and all the city's attractions. Highly recommend!"

"The host/management was great - super helpful and very quick to respond, but we had a bunch of stuff go wrong - the front door lock didn't work, the hot tub was not very hot, the outside TV didn't work and the washing machine didn't work. They tried to remedy all the situations, but it was just a lot. Generally the townhouse is nice. "
