We had slight difficulty in finding the keys to the room. However, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Reserve this hotel. Regardless of your financial situation, stay at this hotel. Take out a loan if you need to. It’s an singular experience that provides the feeling of a second home. Hospitality gets thrown a lot these days. Only a few know what the word truly means. Suvretta House is the very top in service. Guiseppe and Andrea are absolute class. Even the lady in the Zegna boutique and those in the Spa are world class. This is a hotel worth traveling for.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the entrance area and the shower. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Highly recommended!

Good location, friendly team

Very clean room, very courteous staff but very noisy outside every morning with dumpsters

My husband and I were so pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better. It was about a 5 minute walk to the ski slopes. I also thought the rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Important building on comfortable location. Reasonable interior decoration and spacious, functional rooms. I got good rate for the period 10 - 14, January, and complimentary ski pass for two! Extraordinary service on every spot, Reception, Concierge, Doorman, Lobby Bar, Ski Room. Excellent food at the Bar, just to mention. Very clean rooms and smart mades. Ski area and nature are thrilling! Ski slopes are great, for every type of skiers. Restaurants are excellent, ranging from elite La...

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and modern rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Overall fantastic hotel

The hotel has beautiful lake views

Don’t let the exterior photo fool you. Although the photo makes it look like a giant ice cube, it does not look like that in actuality. It is a perfectly lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the amenities you will need. Would stay again.

Great hotel in St Moritz with a wonderful view of the lake below and mountains beyond. We ate dinner there twice, and the restaurant was excellent. However, at the end of May and early June, nearly all other hotels, restaurants, and shops are closed; it's off season.

We only had a one night stay but enjoyed the hotel and it has a great restaurant. Couldn't be located in a better place. We recommend it.

Beautiful hotel that tries to strike a balance between the super-ritz and the run of the mill chains. The local wood used to refurbish the rooms was a surprisingly nice touch (and made the rooms smell good!) The front desk staff was very friendly in all interactions. Good restaurant and breakfast -- again, friendly staff. It was pricey, but what isn't in St. Moritz? It was a good location, right near several other hotels/restaurants/shops and only a 3-4 minute walk from the escalator that takes...

We stayed at the Steffani for one night so that we could ski at Corvaglia. This was a real gem for an honest price in the heart of St Moritz Dorf, where everything can be top dollar. The rooms of this hotel have recently been fully renovated and they are in pristine condition. The interiors are wonderful and luxurious, as well as being spotless. If you are skiing - the hotel allowed us to leave our car in their free parking lot for the day after checking out which was a real bonus so that we...

We stayed in other fine hotels the 4 nights we visited Switzerland but Hotel Nolda gave us a true Switzerland experience. There by the river and looking out at the mountains we enjoyed the convenience (bus stop nearby to rail station) and beauty of a grand old hotel with wood beams, beautiful carvings, great service, clean facilities, and wonderful breakfast. This was a great way for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains

Staff was extremely helpful. The place was spotless and clean. The views were amazing. I have nothing negative to say - everything was great.

Good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service made getting to and from town easy. And I probably had the best view I've ever had from my room. It was my first time staying in a hostel and it was a very good experience overall. Every meal I had at the restaurant was quite good.

I like the location of the hotel, which is close to all stores, bus and train station.
