When booking using the word "Inn" at St. Michaels, I assumed the property would have more of a warm bed and breakfast feel. It was actually a motor lodge/motel feel. The staff was amazing.

Property about 1.5 miles from the center of town. We knew about the location and we were quite pleased with everything and the eggs in the buffet were excellent for a hotel breakfast.....much better than other hotels

Quiet and close to downtown. Got conflicting info on where breakfast was and breakfast quality was fair at best (eggs very salty and almost all gone by 8am). Stains on stairwell ceiling in back building looked like mold, otherwise just not clean.

I have stayed here several times and as always the staff were polite and helpful. The rooms appeared clean as well as the lobby area. I did not take part in their breakfast this time but in the past it was decent for being free (not sure that it still is but in the past it was). I do wish they would bring back the free in town shuttle that existed prior to 2020 since it is not easy to walk from hotel to the downtown area. Overall, for the cost it is nice. Noise was to a minimum.

It was extremely helpful to my mobility challenged companion to have a parking space right in front of the room. The lobby area was charming, comfortable with fresh coffee, particularly helpful when we had to wait for a tow truck driver for our disabled car. The staff member Alison provided help in a variety of ways, local auto shop, contact with a driver, fresh coffee, etc.
